PHOTOS
We are especially interested in photographs which highlight varied IEW events in action rather than posed group shots or static shots of panel discussions. Photos may be submitted either electronically or as prints by mail. When sending photos, please include information which identifies the event, city, country or U.S. state, and (where known) the individual(s) in the photograph.

Photos may be sent in several ways:

Photos may be mailed to:

International Education Week
Office of the Deputy Secretary for Academic Programs (ECA/A)
Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs
U.S. Department of State Annex 44
301 4th Street, SW
Room 202
Washington, DC 20547

Important: If you are mailing prints to us, please place a piece of plain bond paper between pictures to avoid melting during mail x-raying.

Digital or scanned photos may be emailed to feedback@state.gov

If you are emailing your photos, please note that we are only accepting them in the jpeg (.jpg) format. Please resize your photos to a width no greater than 450 pixels. If you are unable to resize your photos, our software will take care of that for you; however, resizing your photos will enable you to submit them for our database much more quickly.

Submitted photos will not be returned, and become the property of the Department of State for use in electronic and print media to promote International Education Week and other programs.
